Terms of Service

  1. Payment: All payments must be made upfront, up to 24 hours after you win/claim a commission, and are non-refundable. The time might be extended depending on buyers circumstances if informed beforehand. I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the payment if necessary.
  2. Contact: The customer must answer up to 24 hours after winning/claiming a commission. If the lack of contact from customer remains after my second attempt of contact, it leads to them being permanently prohibited from commissioning in the future.
  3. Process: Wait time ≈ 1,5 month, it might extend depending on my personal circumstances, holidays. The buyer will be informed about any time extension beforehand. If the buyer needs an artwork done urgently ( Not less than a week ) the price is double for a commission to be done due to the date picked by the buyer.
  4. Process 0.1: The client will be provided with a rough sketch for approval, major revisions can be made at this stage, such as change of expression, minor changes in pose such as hand or foot pose. No major changes in the base provided by the artist in case of a YCH commission.
  5. Process 0.2: The client will be provided a flat colour for approval, minor revisions can be made at this stage such as change of colours.
  6. Process 0.3: The client will be provided a shading stage for approval, minor revisions can be made at this stage such as change of saturation for the shades, change of the shade hue, etc.
  7. Process 0.4: Final stage - render. You will get a full resolution product afterwards without watermark.
  8. Usage: The client is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. There is an option of buying copyrights for commercial use.
  9. Cancellation: Once I start working on the commission it can’t be cancelled by the buyer at any point.
  10. Publication: The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork on their personal gallery, social media, and portfolio. If the commissioned work is private, the client must inform the artist beforehand.

By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to these terms of service.
